• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
• WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Our standard shipping option does not include a tracking number. You can upgrade your shipping method on your cart page or at checkout.
• WHY DON'T YOU DO TRACKED SHIPPING AS STANDARD?
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and sometimes we lose a little on shipping and packaging costs in an attempt to make it accessible for everyone. By default, our shipping methods are the standard national and international non-priority options. These methods do not provide tracking, therefore if your package gets lost it is not trackable. Such events are disappointing to us as we hate to see our fans suffer at something that is out of our hands, but equally, we can't afford to lose more money by sending out orders that don’t turn up due to issues on the couriers' behalf. We have chosen to give you the choice to upgrade your shipping method for an increased fee, in order to give you peace of mind when it comes to your order. • HOW CAN I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?
Please enter your discount code in the provided field on your cart page or at checkout.
• DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A customer account is not required to place an order. However, a customer account will enable a faster checkout the next time you place an order and it can be helpful to view your order status and order history. We do not have access to your password or credit card information.
• WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

• I HAVEN'T FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION ON THIS PAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The chat tool is also available on the mobile version of our website. Don't worry if we're not available to get back to you right away, we receive request notifications and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
